Exchange & Returns
While most items can be returned for a replacement within a 07-day return window, return policies may be different across product categories. In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product to us and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at email@example.com. Please make sure the product is the same condition as delivered with the bill and price tag, failing which, we will not be able to accept the return.
Please do note that there is NO REFUND but only exchange option available if the product is damaged or wrongly sent.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more enquiries on the return shipment customer can contact our help desk.
In case you change your mind about a product you ordered previously, you can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order. Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
